We look for clients in the real estate, land and hotel businesses in China and else where. We will take some qualified real estate developers public in the U.S. We are also interested in joint ventures, purchases, leaseholds and leverage buyouts. In China, we expect the real estate market to see corrections in 2009; however, the long term prospect is still positive. The combination of their high growth economy, population's housing needs and limited land supply supports a strong real estate market for the foreseeable future.
We will help some of them become public companies in the United States to access expansion capital; and at the same time, to afford our shareholders and investors an opportunity to invest in these growing companies.
