We look for clients in regional food and retail chains as well as distribution and logistic centers in Asia. With a combined total population of more than three billion people. Food is an important and voluminous business there. The future for retailing and food distribution is very promising. This business unit will concentrate on identifying a handful of developing retail chain store companies to help them grow into regional chains. We will help some of them become public companies in the United States to access expansion capital; and at the same time, to afford our shareholders and investors an opportunity to invest in these growing companies.
